Because these pieces are made just for you, all custom orders are final sale. Please double-check your spelling and details before finalizing your order, as we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges for errors in personalization.

Each of our bags is lovingly handcrafted and hand-painted. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike—slight variations in texture or finish are part of what makes your item one-of-a-kind. These unique "imperfections" are the soul of handmade goods! If you’re looking for a perfectly uniform, factory-made finish, our items might not be the right fit for you.
